So sorry to hear 5555. I pray things can get back on track for you quickly. The job market's tough. I've always found that when things seem the darkest, that's when God's working overtime & the breakthrough's right around the corner. Hugs.

What kind of work do you do? If you want to talk, send me a PM- as far as I can see right now, I will be near my computer for the rest of the day.
That job was telemarketing for a copier salesman. My other job is with Target. My degree is in journalism, but I got chased out of that long ago. Somehow I manage to get fired once a year, so including temp jobs I count about 150 in almost every category of unskilled labor.

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME. mY WIFE RECENTLY PERSUADED ME TO BEGIN STUDYING FOR A MASTER'S DEGREE. I DELAYED THIS FOR A LONG TIME, CITING LACK OF MONEY, LACK OF TIME AND MENTAL EROSION. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE FINANCIAL AID OFFICER HE SAID THERE MIGHT BE SOME EXTRA MONEY AVAILABLE FOR EXPENSES. TODAY I RECEIVED TWO STUDENT STIPEND CHECKS TOTALLING ABOUT THREE MONTHS' SALARY.

The Lord always comes through. We just need to learn patience and wait for it. Took me a long time to really learn that.

Hi 5555. I haven't contributed to this thread as others have done. But I have been thinking about you and praying hard with your situation in mind. God bless you and good luck.

Woo HOO! That's OUR GOD in action! Never underestimate the power of prayer. It's the most powerful thing we have!
Congratulations, and thank YOU Jesus for prayers answered!
