Big Trouble

My internet was shut down Monday. (I'm at the library now.) The phone was turned off today. The post-dated rent check might bounce. We're behind on everything else too.

Father, I remember what Jehoshaphat said when he was in trouble...that his eyes were on You and then he commanded a fast and then worshipped. We worship You because we know You are provider for Your children...I ask for Your intervention in the life of these, our spiritual family, and supply every need as a loving Father. Some things may take a bit of time but shelter and food are needed now Lord...Intervene Lord with your answer, I ask in Jesus name.

I've gone through similar things in the past. One day and sometimes just one moment, at a time is all we can live....this can be a future strength for you, even though it is a hard thing to go through now.
Just focus on the answer, and don't look at the source of the trouble. The Lord deals with that when we can keep focused on Him.

I know what it's like to be flooded with bills & not knowing if our food will last the week. God has always taking care of my family. But through my worst times, I have have always seen someone worse off than me!

We borrowed from a loan shark to get the computer back. That's due in cash with interest on the 23rd. The landlord couldn't get his money today. Someone took unauthorized money from our account. We just worked that out but have to wait 5 business days to get it back. The car is now two payments behind. We have a guest tonight and can't treat her to anything. Tomorrow's paycheck will have to be cashed and our account nearly emptied to pay the landlord cash and I hope nobody cashes the other two checks that are out.

We already owe over $500 to our best friends from the first crisis 4 years ago. My mother is so depleted because of us that she has to go to a food pantry every Wednesday. My wife's cousin was an assistant pastor in a megachurch. She used to help, but she quit the job, so she had to cash the check we sent her to reimburse her last contribution. That put our bank account below zero. Then my wife got robbed on the way back from a business trip that failed to produce income, leaving us casheless as well.
