God's view of women is outlined in books such as Genesis 1:26-27, Genesis 5:1-2, 1 Corinthians 11:7-12, when the Holy Bible affirms that women are equal in value, have the same essence, and share the same divine image that the men do. They also share with the men sovereignty over the physical creation.

Funny, some people think that because the Bible instructs a woman to 'submit' to her husband, they automatically think that it is okay for the husband to beat his wife. Ephesians 5:22-24 clearly instructs a wife to submit to the authority of their husbands. The Bible also tells men several times how they are supposed to treat their wives. The husband is not to take on the role of the dictator, but should show respect for his wife and her opinions. In fact, Ephesians 5:28-29 exhorts men to love their wives in the same way that they love their own bodies, feeding and caring for them. This is concerning marriage and I believe the same applies to a non-married man and woman.

I notice that the Holy Bible doesn’t even have a problem depicting angels as women reading Zechariah 5:5-11. The Quran, on the other hand, has a major problem with angels being females.
Zacharia 5: 5-11 is talking about two women with the wings of storks carrying an ephah... there is nothing in that portion of scripture that eludes to them being angels. Just wanted to point that out before someone messes around and agrees. However, I agree with 99.9% of what you said prior to that.

That is a good quote. 5 Ephesians I mean by 03Cobra.

One thing I have never understood is my father always told me and my brothers that woman can't think as logically as men because woman are more emotional creatures.

But I feel like that is a sexist statement. But he claims that is what the Bible teaches.

I think men are as emotional as woman and sometimes much more emotional.

What do u think about that?

Men and Women are meant to be wired differently to be able to balance each other. Some may phrase that Men are meant to be logical and Women are meant to be emotional, yet this does not negate the range of abilities of anyone.

Very separate from the issue of logic and emotion abilities are the positions of Men and Women in relationship of marrage. Men are to be guides of his family first, subjecting themselves under the authority of Yeshua. Women are to be helpers of her family first, subjecting themselves under the authority of Yeshua.

Men if the roles have reversed themselves it is a sign for you to get studying in the whole of scripture, now go to your wife for help.

Men are to love their wives as their own body. Women are to respect their husband.
For the Woman desires the love of her husband and the Man desires the respect of his wife.

This teaches us about the relationship between YHVH and His People.
