For music performed in the church and Christian music in general. Anything to do with scripture and music.

We can share ideas about food, exercise, and how we deal with everyday issues like stress. Maybe share recipes, and how we find some "quiet time" for our souls. If anyone has diabetes, or high blood pressure, ect. What kinds of things you do to make it easier. Heart healthy, Mind healthy.. equals balance in the spirit. Prayer time, family time, things we do for fun.. that kind of stuff..
